Roger Peterson
Roger has 25 years of commercial finance experience in positions ranging from
Asst. Treasurer to Senior Vice President with Fortune 100, money center banks
such as: Bank of America, Chase Manhattan, First Interstate, and Wells Fargo.
Additionally, Roger has held senior management positions with commercial
finance subsidiaries of 2 multi-national corporations ( 3D Systems – Rapid
Prototyping, Stereolithography, and Candle Corp. – Mainframe Performance
Monitoring Software). Roger had full profit and loss responsibilities for the
finance subsidiaries in both of these $100M+ companies. For the past several
years Roger has worked with commercial solar developers in vetting project
economics and in securing short term and take out financing for their projects.
Roger has an undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA and attended The
Claremont Graduate School MBA program.
Thomas A. Polich, Esquire. – Mr. Polich has over 15 years of working experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry covering all aspects of the solar industry. His solar experience includes research and development, technology development, manufacturing, legal, finance, training and consulting, product distribution, domestic and international project development, system management, system design and integration, market development and sales management. Most recently he served as COO, Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. (OTC BB:SNRY), a company with multiple business lines, including a distributor network in 24 states, 2 training academies (for professionals and installers), government contracts and grants programs, and special projects (RT and GB). Prior to that, he was VP North American Development of Clairvoyant Energy, Inc. Prior to Clairvoyant, and has also served as Chief Administrative Officer of Skypoint Solar, Inc., Chief Legal Officer/Acting Treasurer of DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ/DSTI) and Corporate Counsel for Evergreen Resources, Inc. (NYSE:EVG). Mr. Polich earned a J.D. from the University of Denver, College of Law and has a B.A. Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Mark Cook VP, Commercial Projects and Business Administration Mark began his construction career as a frame and finish carpenter while attending classes at the University of Nebraska, emphasizing passive solar engineering and construction science.It was a launch point for his experience in association management as Membership Director for the Great Plains Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., promoting fair trade principles in the construction industry and providing support systems to contractors of all size and types. Having achieved the goals established for the position at the Great Plains ABC, Mark began his career in financial services, taking executive positions with well known industry leaders such as Equitable Life, E.F. Hutton and Piper, Jaffray, and Hopwood. As an executive with Otero Savings, a large Rocky Mountain regional banking corporation, Mark helped establish what came to be one of the regions' largest financial service providers. Combining his construction skills with his knowledge of investment principles and asset management, Mark led the project sales and management divisions of the family development and general contracting firm known as JCC Co., Inc. to record revenues. Project demands grew to the level that Mark had to devote all professional energies to the projects' successful completion, taking the position of Projects Director.
With a passion for renewable energy and an opportunity to construct large scale solar PV projects, Mark joined a team of professionals in 2007 that has produced over 16 megawatts of energy from well known solar PV projects
